CANCELLATIONS -
We request 48 hours notice for any changes made to an existing appointment. If you do not cancel within 48 hours, half the appointment cost is due before rebooking. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, the total cost of the appointment will be due before rebooking.
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment or reschedule without giving us enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, causing us to lose time & income.
If a reservation is canceled or rescheduled without a minimum of 48 hours, a rebooking fee will be assessed based on your appointment time and must be paid before another service can be scheduled. However, we do our best to work with you in the event of a last-minute emergency, as we do understand there are circumstances beyond our control. If you no-show your appointment, you must pay 100% of the appointment cost before booking future reservations.
APPOINTMENT TIMES -
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment or adjust the services you received that day to ensure we do not run behind for our next client.
ADJUSTMENTS -
We understand that sometimes, after you live in your new hair for a few days, you may need an adjustment. We are happy to make minor adjustments. Adjustments that alter the original consultation or are requested two weeks after the original appointment will require full payment.
